Haswell Pentinum/Celeron supports ONLY 4k decoding, it DOES NOT SUPPORT 4K output to any monitor.
What's the point of supporting decoding then

Skylake Celeron does have 4k output + decoding support:

It's Haswell having only decoding but no output.

Bought a year ago, just found this out with the new 4k TV.
...maybe upgrading it later when 4k content is more prevailing.
