A very special and odd observation is that the chips are manufactured by Samsung 14nm process.

Btw, not sure if it was DX12,
but I have not seen a Battlefield game AMD is running faster than Nvidia for a similar (actually lower) price in a long while. Check the bottle 1440p and 1080p performance for DX12.
