The announcement of Radeon Instinct MI25 seems to confirm at least a passive cooled Vega @ 12.5 TFlops. If it is 64 CU then it would be ~1.5 GHz. Can the actively cooled ones clock higher?

Naples also was implied to have at least 64 PCIe lanes.

It is very likely shipped with two 4GB HBM2.
Hopefully they would have fixed their geometry and rasterisation pipeline. Heard good things about Polaris, but not sure if it would scale.
