For size of 500GB - 1TB hard disk (7200 rpm), which is the highest performance now (for OS)? Is it WD black?

p.s.: don\'t tell me to buy SSD, i need hard disk space for OS + data (sync. backup), I\'ve another hard disk for data (master storage).
