I have enough of my Buf___lo router,
it hangs occasionally,
I have already visited Hornington 2 times and get 3 out-of-the-box brand new routers from them but all sucks.

Should I go for a Linksys router if I want ensure stability?

WZR-HP-G300NH + dd-wrt all versions + HKBN = nightmare,
throughput = lag + slow

And Linksys is still good now? There are too many bad comments on it.......

My Bugf___lo is $600 up.......this is certainly not dominated by price.
Probably I will need to read more reviews on stability before I can have some ideas.

我用緊WRT610N

但係果個價位已經變左E4200

我幫公司買o左隻WHR-HP-G300N當switch+AP，未deploy落個場，但o係屋企灌好dd-wrt，聽日落場試

So far我用buffalo又無乜特別鑊(自己同幫個另一個friend買)，佢個wireless signal係屎一o的，但LAN side無乜事喎

After resetting it works damn well........I will observe it for a while before really replacing it, not before I can lock a target.
Electronics products now, most of them, have their performance increased but their reliability sucked.

Maybe I have to test thoroughly to see if the problem is from HKBN themselves or the router.
I did try to connect to the web directly and did not find any problem, but this may not be enough to prove.

First router, one of the antenna failed, leaving only a full speed of ~150Mb/s,
second router cannot even switch on, tftp cannot help.
Third router, lag, lag and lag.

Somehow there must be good and bad comments.........
reading from Amazon, at least good comments obviously outnumbers the bad one,
the ratio is much better than WZR....

但因刷左1.77, 漢科唔保........no, you can always restore.
and I won't sell it although my router is only around 2 months old........not a good practice to sell something defective.
