this is much better than ARM-based as amd is not an expert in ARM

Simply swapping in ARM Cortex cores is okay, but the final solution is not competitive enough as the integration portfolio is too weak. Well, the same still happens even if AMD don't use ARM cores.

Entering ARM market is even exposing weaker AMD.
