其實用電係唔係都係一樣架? 因我見 XFX 7850 有分插單 6PIN (1GB ram) & 雙 6PIN (2GB ram)

That's to fulfill the max power consumption of the card.......not meaning the exact rating but usually more pins means more current thus power is needed.
