For people not interested in technical details:
1. Nvidia wins the PPT war this time, as AMD has no sound PPT at this moment.
2. AMD needs to move faster.
3. Any Titan owner interested in purchasing the awesome GRID system from Nvidia?

Maxwell GPU w/ SVM
28nm? 20nm? S|A claimed GM100 to be first on 28nm.
Shared virtual memory is possibly enabled by PCIe ATS on AMD/Intel platforms.

Volta GPU w/ TSV stacked memory
Hardly not 20nm. But I'd guess only the top model will opt for TSV.

Tegra 6 SoC w/ Denver cores and FinFET
Should be hybrid 16nm FinFET from TSMC. fall 15 perhaps?

Conclusion:
Finally someone get TSV on their roadmap publicly, no specified year though.
