However, availability seems to be a big issue with both consoles right now, and may be a determining factor in which one gamer's choose. Microsoft just announced that the Xbox One will only be available to 13 markets in November as opposed to the previously predicted 21 markets. As for the PS4, Sony is halting all pre-orders for the console.
