英特尔在2014年将提供十亿美元的营销补贴，以鼓励平板电脑厂商采用其处理器。

在如此猛砸美钞的情况下，英特尔将2014年平板电脑处理器出货目标定在6000万颗。不过，英特尔台湾分公司对此保持低调，只是表示，英特尔准备在2014出货4000万颗平板电脑处理器。

目前，英特尔正在向平板电脑厂商提供其最新处理器产品，其中包括Bay Trail-T 和Bay Trail-M处理器，千颗批发单价超过20美元。

但消息人士表示，在大批量够买Bay Trail-T 和Bay Trail-M处理器上，一些大品牌厂商，如联想、惠普等等，都能够获得10美元以下的价格。

另外，英特尔据说也向平板电脑品牌厂商免费提供其移动通信芯片，帮助降低平板电脑厂商供应成本。不过，英特尔台湾分公司对此予以否认。

Not really, 10 USD for such a high performance low power CPU, there are just so many applications, nas, x86 router, fanless htpc, nettop, or their focus, a high performance x86 tablet/convertibles that last long.

This cpu is somehow a singularity, while what it would finally define highly depends on all the manufacturers, but at least Intel is correct to stop being stubborn with their pricing strategy.

不過 AMD 間接受害了
呢d 價位係 AMD Jaguar 依家幫緊 A 記接 OEM 單既........
