Got G3220, used it to flash the BIOS of ASUS board (0602, supports HR), switched to G1840, didn't boot;
switch back to G3220, boot again, checked BIOS flashed.................

Am I that lucky?

Oh, I know why now:

It is ASUS's so called EZ BIOS flash that wasn't working, suck it ASUS!

Haswell refresh好多都出事

In fact it is the H81 board, needs not only BIOS update but also Intel Management Engine update, the latter wasn't done when I did it in BIOS.
Now the G1840 is working well on my H81T
