but.. picture quality of GF1 is better than NEX5!? 　

Should I buy GF1... or NEX5...

You may consider Olympus E-PL1, I think its picture quality >>> NEX-5.
Not yet compared with GF1.

go over dpreview.com NEX5 review and EPL1 review.

NEX5 compares with EPL1 and EPL1 compares with GF1.

simple answer: Both EPL1 and GF1 are good cameras. If you do pixel-peeping with no RAW then buy EPL1.
