Not really, you just need a official firmware and TFTP,
I usually get it done with Linux(ubuntu installed/Live).
Follow this guide:

and use this MAC instead of the mentioned in the guide:

After transferring, wait about 10-15mins until the red diag light goes(make sure it is complete before you cut the power or restart, sometimes it is just off for a while).
And it will be ok.
OR
There is a simply firmware that allows you to go back to firmware by firmware update in dd-wrt......
but I was once fail(though I have succeeded before) and killed my router using it.
But the link is dead, you may need to search for it.
