Can't say how long I have been waiting for products like this, for this price particularly:

These horribly cheap tablets, with their long battery power (10hrs+), light weight (~600g without docking) and low price ($349 up),
running COMPLETE x86 Windows 8.1, meaning that compatibility-wise it works the same way your PC does,
with performance comparable to notebook (Passmark probably >2000, expected performance similar to Intel Pentium B970),
full office suite coming with certain models...............something is gonna happen.
(And Surface 2 gameover)

If there is a model with metal(Mg/Al alloy body), FullHD or above screen of size 10-12", I will have zero hesitation on getting one.

i won't turn on LTE for my mobile unless i want to use, standby mode also use much battery

我有少少玩stresst test成份，想睇下iPad 4呢舊電夠唔夠LTE食，同埋OS optimization去到邊個程度...

Surface 2要等到出年先有LTE module，到時iPad 5已經準備再refresh

Connected standby also supported by Bay Trail, what's so called 64-bit is supported by the chip,
but not sure if the first batch has got the power-design optimized, likely will be 32-bit for the up-coming tablets.

In short, whatever can be done on iPad, done on these tablets; the reverse simply will never happen.
Sure for the ten hours battery life and other promises, we will see.
