見E_C咁多聲稱DDR2-800嘅ram都要+0.1V至行到, 係咪因為ram速度到左極限?
定係DDR3明年就出貨, 幾間大廠懶得去改良現有嘅DDR2?

DDR2 is just a transitional product from DDR to DDR3 which has more significant improvement over bandwidth, IMO.

Same as DDR-1 that DDR-400 need 2.6V....

To keep the signal strength, a higher voltage may be necessary.

The problem is some motherboards don\'t have options to change vdimm.

Also most if not all DDR1 can run 200MHz @ 2.5V without any problems.

Then maybe manufacturing problems to DDR2-800 vs DDR400.
