I CANNOT confirm.
Simply from scaling it doesn't, maybe I can search for it in pfsense forum.
Internet contains really scarce information for 1Gbps NAT throughput of x86 routers.

I would suggest G530, which is cheap and guaranteed.
For G440/460, I am not sure but they MAY have the job done as well, need to test.

E-350 single thread performance快好多
Atom主要係靠HT追番上來

E-450 = E-350, 果3% freq difference (1.65GHz vs 1.6GHz) 當佢無到

Atom:
1. 低d idle power consumption
2. multi-thread performance (如果真係用到)

E-350:
1. single-thread performance
2. power efficient @ full load

D510=1.6, D525=1.83, D2700=2.13,
the score in Cinebench for D2700 should be ~1.33*709=Cinebench:942.97, D525=Cinebench:810
while for routing it should be largely a single thread issue, E-350 maybe a better choice on it. I am not sure if HT would help.
D525@Cinebench:810=550Mbps, then E-350@Cinebench:1174 should be around 797Mbps, ignoring the effect of HT.

797Mbps is not bad for a router as BB1000 offers around 80% only. While concerning upload and downloading happening at the same time this will be insufficient as well as VPN's performance maybe not as desired.

I don't know if the modified Linux can handle mutli-thread well or not
So I cannot answer

If you really need 1Gb+ NAT performance, G530 is the minimum
