For these power-saving CPUs, they will only "SAVE" power on full load.....no significant difference when they are at idle.
They would be good only if temperature is a critical consideration (small heatsink must be used).
Their maximum performance are usually awful comparing with other models with same spec, as the clock is limited.
If you consider playing games using this computer, just buy the top model.
