問題是 cut 鳥人，你以後的產品怎辦？人手怎在產品線間分配？Research 呢？
唔知啦，我個人相信班 management 唔會係蠢蛋，尤其係有幾個都有 IBM 背景既 technical guys/gals，但係 S|A 唔相信。

唔知，但感覺上係 ASIC implementation 重刀，可以叫做靠轉移到印度中國、outsourcing 同 EDA 黎換下靈活度...。
core IP block 既 engineering (esp BD fam), architects 同 researchers 應該就唔會郁啦，呢 D 重要資產啦。

我只知道 AMD 牌 Image Signal Processor 同 baseband/comm. infrastructure of future SoC 之類既 project 都已經開始上路，後者大概係 license IP 多，AMD 應該無咁得閒掛...。

話說 AMD w/ integrated baseband 仲有機
至少 tensilica 仲未比人收購，亦唔似會比人收購到。licensing baseband IP is a great idea.
而且 AMD UVD 都係用 tensilica xtensa IP.
