AMD claims its core as modular. They could mod their "modular" architecture in order to fit Sony's requirement maybe.
Anyway, if there is no customized core, I would bet it is Steamroller-driven. As you can see, the first iteration of GCN APU is using Steamroller core. But I won't think that console designs will be the same as AMD's APU. The software stack is built from zero and they should have planned some unique features which require some special hardware blocks. Let's say... tile-based rendering with a big piece of eDRAM for less main memory bandwidth expense. It is commonly seen on console, isn't it?
