Are you installing the one downloaded from official website, build xx.xx.232?
I had some problems(not remember if I shared the same with you) but I remember the later version build xx.xx.4xx is better.

In Windows 7, you don\'t need to change the display lang to Japanese,
just set the non-unicode to Japanese will allow you to use Japanese software normally.
