does SB700 support trim commond with MS build in driver?
I am not sure but on buying OCZ vertex 2(or any SandForce-1200 SSDs), you can forget about TRIM as they are equipped with hardware level garbage collection which works regardless of OS. Maintenance is carried out when you leave the computer on an idle log off state of any OS.

which runs on sandforce 1200
and i am going to run it in windows 7
So i just need to logout for a while when i am mot using it

And what else i need t ...
For a SandForce-1200 powered SSDs,
there are not much to be really aware of.
Just use Windows 7 to re-partition it, format it and do a fresh install and things will be fine.
W7 is actually fine tuned to work for SSD(installing on SSD will automatically disable Defrag and enable TRIM).

You may still try this out:

A tweaking tool for SSD, but I am not sure about the effectiveness.

(This is the forum I always visit for knowledges of SSDs. As s599 is also Sandforce powered, you may just consider you have the same hardware as OCZ Vertex2 and ask them whatever you wonder.)

For the temporary files, in fact, it is not a must to set, the wearing due to them are not noticeable.
While you can still follow my post to set up a ramdisk for this.

Finally, for the log off idle,
to keep the performance of your disk, I suggest you leave your computer at a log off idle state overnight once a week, especially after some benchmark.
