[硬件] Cooling solution?

Cooling solution?

Final question falls on the CPU cooling.

Using Intel Xeon E3-1235, 95W TDP, no OC, running 7x24.

I am thinking of CM 212+, 1 or 2 fans.
I would like to know which fan would you suggest, in case my focus is on noise-suppression.
There are just too many fans in the market and I do not have any study in this field.

Or you would suggest me use stock fan instead?

don't use stock fan if you need noise-suppression
I don't really need a very quiet cooler, simply I want to avoid making noticeable sound during mid-night(This computer is at living room though).
Do you think CM 212+ can be quiet, if I install two slower fan on it?

Another question is the air pressure inside the chassis,
I am planning to build up a slightly positive pressure inside the chassis so that some air can be exhausted from the PCI slots holes.

Or instead I should just avoid +pressure?
Negative pressure will end up sucking dust from the PCI slots.

no tower-heatsink on stability-oriented system...
On what reason?
Too heavy, risk bending the MB?

水冷
No such need, avoiding extra expense.

yes
This is one of my worry, actually I am thinking of other solution besides tower heatsink,
How about this?

those all in one water cooling is not very expensive when compared with high end air cooling
I know nothing about water cooling at the moment,
is the maintenance cost high and the coolant needed to be replaced quite frequently?

only the cpu needs cooling?
At the moment I am only planning for the CPU, I am not using a discrete display.

How about AXP140
Just searched a bit for this, it looks it could block the ram slots......
Using this MB(ASUS P8B WS):

voltage regulator/ram/blahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblah
I am not sure, please let me know if those ram and voltage regulator(isn't it already having some heat sink?) needs also cooling system.

the heatsink are not very good and you need fan if you need absolute stability
Not really such a serious matter, I don't have plans for modification on the mainboard yet, at least not now.
I may replace those heatsinks when I find them an issue.

if you use tower hs, then the cpu fan cannot cool it
if you use normal one, the cpu fan can cool the pwm
I see, thank you for telling, I am now considering non-tower cooler.

Thanks for the idea,
I will probably make a decision based on the situation of the mainboard later.
Can't even figure out would the heatsinks and cooling fans fit without the mainboard at hand.

how about this?

Actually water cooling is ok,(if the installation and maintenance is that easy)
but I will need to think of mosfet and chipset cooling later.
Probably will install these:
Mosfet: http://www.pcbulb.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=68_217
Ram: http://www.pcbulb.com/index.php? ... mp;products_id=1766
C206: http://www.pcbulb.com/index.php? ... mp;products_id=1745

But all depends on budget and compatibility(I will need to check exactly the room )

Damn, Wai Fong is no longer selling mosfet and ram heatsink........
Do you know where I can find them in HK?

Btw, I will probably use this:
Scythe Zipang 2 SCZP-2000
So that the small heat sink of mosfet can be looked after.

The Chipset heatsink is still available.
