1. Check if that is the file's problem.
2. Use MPC-HC with K-Lite Mega
3. Use MPC-HC with K-Lite Mega and software decoding(disable DXVA)
PS : Size is not the factor; see the property for Bit Rate, FPS and Profile to check if it actually exceeds Blu-ray spec.
