This is indubitably a good chassis but please note that it can't fit any expansion card.
My suggestion is SilverStone SG-02F if you need expansion slot.

Actually in building my PC router I have skimmed through almost all available chassis in HK and SG-02F is the only possible choice within budget.
For even cheaper choices, it leaves only GTR something.
