Trying to figure out what tf is wrong with the waking

PS : Wake on Pattern Match is on and firewall rules are established to limit access, fine tune still needed before it can work as desired.

No, Wake on Pattern Match - something like waking a computer from sleep upon network access.
I finally figured out that it is my brother's f___ing computer keeps spamming my server.
Setting firewall rules on his computer with W7 Firewall solved the problem.......Stupid brother-->Stupid computer

Sadly firewall cannot block access among devices in the same subnet
Need manageable switch or another NIC to set VLAN........hope the firewall is enough at the moment.
