you may try Samsung's 840 Pro.

card may be any of those R9 270x (>7870),
CPU can be the lowest model in Haswell i5, motherboard really depends on what you need, personally I suggest Intel's own boards but may be out of budget,
as ASRock's start from $400.

Maybe using nvidia one will have less trouble in the future, but I always have the idea that consoles are using AMD and it's better to stock to a cards xd

It is actually true, and the fact is 5k is a bit too little for gaming, 6k will be much better.
i5 would be better for gaming, and you will need at least R9 270X for a better gaming experience.
