I suggest with the config you gave, cheap cheap "day" buy a 4650 would be fine.
Don\'t spend too much on such an old system.

The problem is, you will have to change CPU + RAM + MB at the same time, probably the PSU if your system is very old.......

If you have the plan of renewing it, I do suggest you save more and build a new computer.

I dare not claim but the ATi 6xxx are arriving within this year..........no doubt things will be cheaper.
