Btw, I now untick the box for saving the content on each switch off,
instead, keep reading the old profile from the ramdisk image.
I find that the image is not needed to be updated everytime, I am using Chrome has netwrok sync, the bookmarks are kept at Google's cloud computing system, the temp files of the OS are neither kept(I want to see if there is a different for not keeping).

Now switching off the computer takes no more than 10s

I do suggest 60GB.
In my case, after installing Windows and minimizing the size of page file(switching off), recycle bin, Windows Restore,
there are a free space of 43GB.
After installing the updates, offices, Matlabs and some applications, there is now ~31GB left.
It was suggested that 20% of free space should be left so that the performance of the SSD can be kept, 60GB will be a good choice.

Btw, I don't know how much the performance gain is if the games are on the SSD, I just think this is not necessary(I have never read related posts for that, maybe I am wrong).

Yes, the different a SSD can make is much greater,
I am now using Kaspersky and I feel no slow down from Avira......probably because a shorter access-time.
