and yet I cannot confirm, but it looks CX 430 V2 is still by Seasonic with only improve PFC.

I think it is ok for that 2A difference, overall,
CX430 has a little bit better noise suppression on +12V output,
and better in efficiency(~2% difference), it is able to replace CX400 at the level.

Comparing to many other PSUs this series is undoubtedly expensive(and incredibly, ridiculously viewed by public)
However, when you are willing to pay thousands for CPUs, VGAs, motherboards that have their values dropped and usually replaced within 1-2 years, why do you bother to spend around a thousand for a PSU which can be used for years without replacing, isn't it?

And actually the hardware is over-spec.......I will drive the X-560 as a 700W PSU and it was tested to be keeping 87% efficiency with ripple and noise below 2% lower than required in the ATX standard, the C/P is not much different from something like HX750.

But a pity is that, currently I don't have the money to spend on one

Just compared the design of Corsair AX850 with Seasonic X-850..........
damn, same structure, 80% same components

But Corsair looks a better deal with cheaper price and longer warranty.

Just a remark for buying PSUs, maybe a common sense but I just know,
multi-rail is necessary for PSU with output power > 550W, see why here:

"[H] recently tested the single rail Corsair AX1200, but they had an accidental short circuit, and since the PSU’s OCP is set for over 100A, the short overloaded and destroyed most of their testing equipment. So there is a danger with single rail units over 1000W."

Anyone knows where I can buy it with warranty in Hong Kong?

PS: Just read more for this brand and found many burning results(not this model),
on investigating the unit doesn't have a MOV in the transient filtering stage, maybe I should forget it.
