No, there are quite a lot, a mini-ITX Intel board with H67 is available, and late another one with C206.

Though there are a lot of reviews saying that the RAMs will run just as if NON-ECC RAMs, it is still an unknown before I put them together.
It is really hard to sell them away in a reasonable price now, with all RAMs crazily cheap...
