Not for my E3-1235 which has been running without any problem for months.

I just listed the best option in terms of performance within the given budget, if he/she does consider upgrading their GPU or RAM or SSD or USB 3.0 later, sure he/she can have other options to pick a i5-2320 + a B75+ mainboard.

For the H61 Ivy Bridge support, I am not sure if the current boards are updated or not........need to confirm with the seller.

In fact, you have to make sure what your future needs are..........why are you going to "換" again?
If you expect to have your machine running for a few more years, you should now get the top Ivy Bridge CPU + PCI-E 3.0 board with SATA3 and USB3.
I believe CPU performance will not be a bottleneck in the coming years, but save some money for GPUs.
