It is really rare that there is a major design flaw which affects all cards, on a flagship card....... It looks AMD did push nvidia hard with 290 that nvidia delivered 780Ti in such a rush.

slient mode 食電少d
但效能都差唔多都係around 果個lv

I heard the problem now is, first it is 94C on stock fan setting, then temp throttling--> laggy;
In order not to throttle it needs 70%+ fan speed making it very noisy....
