Laptop question

I just realized my laptop, it say plugged in but not charging....how to set it back to charging mode, i m using Lenovo T400, have no idea what happened...but it seems it just kept staying on 21% without charging...

how to check if the battery died or not?
and power manager to rest battery?

it suddenly started to charge again...i have no idea what happen and i didnt press anything..=.=
