本身都有依個情況 (無用ROUTER 都係今) 係當有一個USER 大量UPLOAD 比你
但係其他無UPLOAD 比你時候 果個USER 一斷就跌 好正常事

BT REQUEST 邊有PART 去DOWNLOAD 係UTORRENT AUTO 做
自己無權去干預佢 ACCESS OR DECLINE

依個有兩個可能性出現 一有軟件 截你流量 要CHECK
二係HW 問題

本身個軟件有缺陷

你試下用A字頭用JAVA 寫個隻 因為UTORRENT 有外國開始BAN 佢 因為佢個UHT 問題
