Phenom II X4 910e + GF8200 MB

now, i want to use the PC for 24 hrs video recording, so changing to Pentium G840 + H61 MB, is it sounds good?
p.s. the PC is only use for web surfing, word processor, watching downloaded drama etc. no game, no video encoding, no rendering...
