除左access time外, 實際..?

for large file read/write, check average transfer rate, i.e. usually newer hard disk, higher transfer rate
for small file read/write (i.e. load os or programs), 4k performance and access time is the most important.

BTW, which 10k and which 7.2k HDD do you compare?

just roughly, BTW, my WD Black 1TB is 11.x ms, similar as this:
