definitely not recommend HKBN

my experience

个packet loss/jitter 好大
2013 experience, 个客call france H.O.
幾分鍾 cut 1 次call

But
唔代表 residential broadband 差
1.  customer base 大 , hot/recent subject 多人BT
2.  大把人 (e.g.dom) 話 netvigator 玩game 差 / 斷線

thus, it all depend how bad experience you have with BN now
and whether you can still endure or not

I used to play BF3 in Aus server and only PKKW give decent ping and quality
HkBn is depend on IP group

And I tested with some download file too

so, I said I won't recommend people to use business HKBN
no comments on residential service because sometimes, I will power off
fibre modem/router while sleeping

for game server, which many people play,
HKBN should play more attention / assign enough bandwith
or else will have many complaints/contract terminated

that's reason I ask #1 to try
