Forged alliance is the expansion pack of SupCom.
I played it, but not that interesting. The original SupCom is fun but FA feels not right.
My sharing to your lessons
1. This depends on the game mode. "Assassination" means the game ends when your commander blows up. I hate this game mode the most since you don\'t really need to do anything, just build whatever it takes to destroy enemy commander. That\'s it.
2. Of course. You must be new to RTS
And remember build AAs in groups scattered around your base, not just one direction
3. get some engineers assist the shipyard.
4. duh......
5. quad core doesn\'t help

P.S. There\'s a dirty trick when not in assassination mode: called "combomb"
