mean OEM version is more expensive than before?
e.g. Win 7 HP OEM $xxx - $900 (depends on discount by M$)
Win 7 HP Retail $1400

OEM... can't change to install to another computer (officially)
Retail or other version... no limitation ma?

BTW, this Win 8 upgrade... also can't change to install other computer if I want?
coz I had Win 7 student select upgrade at home, I wanna change the whole platform from Intel to AMD later, but before I called M$... they said I can't do it coz this Win 7 upgrade can't change hardware, just like OEM
