1. QuickSync應該會係Atom出現
2. 唔好以為IVB-class iGPU的出現, 因為一粒full 16EU的IVB iGPU有55mm^2 @ 22nm, 估計應該係4-6EU左右

唔應該係
反而應該係Single die Handle太多供電組合(Main Power plane = Vcore+VTT+VIGP)仲要主板質素差左(加埋越細製程Transistor 越fragile)有關

終於出粒OOO既Atom,唔知效能點?
始終靠i3都係壓唔住功耗,但上代Atom效能差i3太多.
唔知今代能唔能夠彌補當中空缺.

ECC,應該要開始玩File server.

Intel 想用 Atom 入平價 ultrabook/notebook 掛... embedded market 都有市場下。

講開 Atom 就真心想問 AMD Kabini 到底有無 dual-channel sosad
又要玩 Ultrabook,仲要爬到 25W... 定係仲係 single-channel :0)... 下面有粒 temash 啦都
128-bit DDR3 interface 搭四粒 x32 8Gb DDR3,4GB,搞晒秤啦,又唔洗搞 SODIMM。
雖然話呢個 level 既 processor 唔打機表面上無問題,無急切性...




p.s. 睇黎短期內都唔洗望 sideport d friend 出現。假若 Intel Crystalwell 來襲,AMD APU 有點危。
各位開始要拜神啦,拜下 tmsc,拜下 globalfoundries,祈求 TSV volume production 快 d 上軌道啦
