1. VMware vSphere Hypervisor vs Hyper-V, which one is better? why?
2. If I use any of those above with 2 server OS, the system is like... 1 host (server OS A) + 1 VM (server OS B) or 1 host (server unknown) + 2 VMs (server OS A & B)?
3. Any cheapest way to get official Windows Server 2008 Standard (5 CALs or 10 CALs)? I'd not buy new server, so OEM is NOT an option. I saw in Jumbo website, it's $7400 for Box set (5 CALs). It'll use in business environment.
4. Pentium E6300 + 4GB + 2 HDD ok? or I need 8GB?

Assurance係兩年內，同一種product M$有新version o既話就可以free upgrade
5隻server CAL應該都可以買Open License....呢個問題可以打去M$HK hotline問

For No. 2...
e.g. If I use "VMware vSphere Hypervisor", it looks like
Host = VMware (like as Linux OS)
VM 1 = Windows Server 2008
VM 2 = Windows Server 2000
(in this case, 2 server OS are running under VM)

But I thought in VMware workstation which I used before...
Host = Windows XP Professional (+ VMware workstation as normal application)
VM 1 = Windows Server 2000
(in this case, only 1 server OS are running under VM)

I'm not sure the current situation of "VMware vSphere Hypervisor" and "Hyper-V", so I want to clarify

For No. 4...
I need 2 server OS for hosting 2 different server applications, which can't install in 1 server, so...
a) Windows Server 2008 is for hosting server application (new project)
b) Windows Server 2000 is for hosting server application (current programs for existing clients for maintenance & support)
