It's not the matter of flash but the PCB...

superspeed=star ram actually... they all have Spectek SLC...

Really?
SuperSSpeed is advertised with Intel SLC and a different speed from Starram.
Maybe I can confirm it by looking at the PCB later today, anyway just a test, their USB is highly UNUSABLE as daily storage due to the poor design of the shell(in which the PCB can be detached easily upon pulling) while good for router storage.
