Details

• You will receive an order confirmation email after you submitted the order request.
• We will assign a collection period according to the model(s) and store you choose and confirm with email. Due to stock availability, designated collection period may not be the same day if 2 stocks are ordered.
• Collection period is 5 days (inclusive). Once the order is confirmed, you MUST pick up the stock from your store selected within the collection period designated by SmarTone. Change or delay of collection period is not allowed.
• Since stock availability is unpredictable, our hotline and our stores are unable to provide any information regarding queuing time or status. So please be patient and do not call or come to our stores with such enquiries.
• Each HKID card / Business Registration Certificate / Passport number is entitled to a maximum of 2 sets of iPhone 4S Stored-Value SIM Bundles. Hong Kong permanent residents should use their HKID; overseas workers should use their passport for ordering. HKSAR passport or overseas worker's HKID will not be accepted. Customers should be 18 years old or above.
• We accept Visa or MasterCard for deposit payment only, a maximum of 2 sets of iPhone 4S Stored-Value SIM Bundles can be ordered with each credit card only.
• For more fair and efficient stock allocation: i) Customers MUST enter valid identity document information for verification when collecting the stock.

  ii) Customers MUST enter valid credit card information. If the deposit transaction fails, you will receive a rejected order email and the order will be cancelled. You will need to place a new order and queue up again.
  iii) Once the order is confirmed, HK$500 deposit for each iPhone 4S Stored-Value SIM Bundle will be deducted from your credit card immediately. The remaining balance must be paid when collecting the stock.
  iv) The HK$500 deposit for each iPhone 4S Stored-Value SIM Bundle will be charged as an order cancellation fee if you cancel your order, fail to collect your iPhone 4S within the designated collection period or are unable to present your identity document. The fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  v) Once the order is confirmed, you are not allowed to change the model(s), your store selected or designated collection period.

• We will activate the iPhone 4S for customer's immediate experience of our services.
• The information provided will be used for the purpose of processing your transaction only. All information is kept confidential.
