AMD APU Solution
A4-3300 / 3400  w/ Integrated HD6410D  + A55 Mainboard (you can get A75 too )
- Idle 3x W , Full load 8x~90w but Better onboard graphic than Intel GMA HD1000/2000

Function-wise, if the device cannot deliver what the users want, it's meaningless to talk about energy-saving.
Moreover, noone will keep their gaming rig always on, the energy savable is not to be counted in a 24/7 thought; very minimal.
