if you do gaming, yes

an entry display card consumes 30W at gaming, erasing all advantages of lower power consumption of intel cpus if you really need the gpu power

The huge limitation of my setup is MUST BE fanless
In fact, in order to handle my A4 3400, I lowered the core voltage from 1.3xV to 1.1xV(Now CPU+GPU load=6xC)
So, I would like to know if A6 3500 or A8 3800 have pre-lowered voltage or not, if yes, it's not usable on my setup.

If that is a dedicated config as a CAS, you may need to avoid a high frequency CPU.
