I send them the message just to warn them and put more stress, it is understandable that they are not a large disty.......simply a small shop helping customers to order and ship; if it was Synnex or Hornington, I will not hesitate to seek help from Consumer Council.
I am not cancelling the order as other means will just take another two f___ing weeks, then my computer NEED NOT TO BE ASSEMBLED. They thought that it was the $200 I am mad with, and the shopkeeper kept repeating that he offered me a refund last Friday, how funny, so you think I am suddenly asking a refund now but not on last Friday? That was already 5-8, 10 days later than what you promised and you thought refunding will just solve it?
Anyway, their attitude is very disappointing, wishing to end this just by cancelling my order, caring nothing for how long I have been waiting for and my loss due to their delay. I don't need to rush for a Pretty Box SSD that cost me an extra $100, a Seasonic PSU without a Xander label, a less expensive CPU and probably RAM is even cheaper now and the most important point is, less and less time I can set the server and learn what planned on my own.
All the f___ing things are there just to trap dust.
I WILL NOT suggest you buy anything from them in case you need them available in a certain period as you will NEVER EVEN KNOW WHEN it will arrive, they promise you shit.
Finally they said that the delay is because their staff for shipping is now on leave.......what an excuse, a staff on leave is holding the flow of the whole company? You dare tell me that as an explanation.
Anyway, yet another week, if I don't receive anything message by the end of this week, I will let them know who they are f___ing with.
