Intel SB i series 2400/2500/2600, GPU = HD2000 = 8 SPs
Intel SB Xeon E3-1235 or above, GPU = HD3000 = 12 SPs

It does depends on the function you want the ITX to serve,
for Media Centre APU is no doubt a better choice,
but my ITX is going to be a router/file server so G620

Sure you may pick just E3-1225 to get a better GPU with around 200 more,
the GPU is going to be (12-8)/8 = 50% faster, although both of them are very slow.

No, cannot stand the turtle speed of Atom even for a router(I have to set it before I can use it) after once I tried to install Kaspersky on a netbook

I'd prefer a G620T, 35W TDP is good enough.

Sure, you can just get E3-1230 for a lower price in case you confirm a discrete card is to be installed.
