1. Biostar is not bad , their RMA is quite fast IMHO , for value board I choose ASRock or Biostar

2. Zotac is not made by ECS

3. MSI is the WORST one , I will NEVER use any MSI Board to build PC for others ,ONLY ASUS / ASRock / Biostar
I may try  Gigabyte but their current pricing is   I rather go with ASUS

4. PC Partner makes OEM board , mother company of Sapphire / Zotac ? (Not Sure)

5. ASRock don't make all their own board now, some of them are "ODM" from another company (Hong Kong)
I have friend working in that company and they do have production line in Vitenam / Thailand up for Production run soon
to produce board for ASROCK

He's right with some choice (  ASUS , Biostar )
I don't understand why he left out ASRock , maybe the local vendor / dealer have lousy RMA service
Hornington RMA isn't too but worse from before

I see, thank you for your comments, I think I will stick to ASUS later, or even Tyan, through it offers something I don't really need.
