I do suggest you consider also the ability of using 3rd party firmware,
at the moment the best choices seems still RT-N16.

NAS/FTP is integrated in dd-wrt latest release.
You will be able to use an attached storage to build a simple FTP server.
It is also possible to add BT function to the router.
I am doing both on my WZR with OpenWRT.
I am not sure if the same is available also on Tomato.
