This really depends.
However, it is not necessary that Downloaded Drivers are better/worse than the CD one.
In fact, you are suggested to use a new driver instead of the CD\'s.
For more details, the new drivers may include new features that improve the performance of your cards on new games, new functions allowing better movie playback........while is it possible that it forgoes some supports for old apps and games.........and may even contain defects that did not appear in old drivers.
In short, you will have to try different drivers to see which fits your need the best.
But don\'t worry, in most cases, there won\'t be much troubles......just use the latest.
